Lighting

Planned residential developments shall be provided with adequate dusk-to-dawn lighting.

A minimum of 30 square feet for each dwelling unit in the PRD shall be developed for active recreational use.

- Minimum distance between structures
The minimum distances between any structure or group of structures shall not be less than 1/2 of the combined height of the two structures at their closest point.

All utility lines shall be placed underground within the development.

Each PRD shall contain a minimum of 50 contiguous acres... overall density of residences shall not exceed six units per gross acre... minimum of 25% of total land area reserved as common open space.
