The maximum size of any individual storage space or unit in a self-service storage facility shall be 500 square feet. The self-service storage facility, including loading areas and all storage areas, shall be totally enclosed by structures or by an eight-foot-high opaque wall or fence. Such fences shall be set back at least six feet from property boundaries.
