General provisions

Sec. 5-3085 standards

For the purpose of these regulations a loading space is a space within the main building or on the same lot, providing for the standing, loading, or unloading of trucks, having minimum area of 540 square feet, minimum width of 12 feet, a minimum depth of 35 feet, and a vertical clearance of at least 15 feet.

Sec. 5-4043 standards

A Type A buffer yard shall only be required for all commercial and industrial use types when a single-family residence is located on an adjacent lot within 100 feet of the property boundary. Required large deciduous trees shall have a minimum caliper of one inch at the time of planting. These trees shall have an ultimate height of not less than 50 feet at maturity. One tree shall be planted for each 30 linear feet of buffer yard.

No sign, unless herein excepted, shall be erected, constructed, posted, painted, altered, maintained, or relocated, except as otherwise provided in this article, until a permit has been issued by the administrator. ... Sec. 5-602, 5-603, 5-604, 5-60620 standards

No sign shall be erected without a permit... Prohibited signs include pennants, flashing signs, roof signs... Exempt signs include name plates (2 sq ft), noncommercial signs (32 sq ft), real estate signs (residential 4 sq ft, commercial 32 sq ft)... Off-premises signs limited to 288 sq ft.

A sign, limited in area to 12 square feet, advertising products raised or made on the premises. A sign, limited in area to 12 square feet, for identification of a farm or estate or a subdivision or its occupants. Sec. 5-6063 standards

Off-premises signs shall only be permitted in commercial or industrial districts. Such signs shall be limited in area to no more than 288 square feet. Digital display, or rotating or any other displays that change messages shall be prohibited.

The intensity at adjoining streets or residential properties shall not exceed 0.5 foot candles. No lighting fixture pole shall exceed a height of 15 feet in an R-1 or R-2 Residence District or 30 feet in a B-1 or B-2 Local Business District.
