Lighting

All exterior lighting fixtures shall be designed, located and arranged so as not to direct glare on adjoining streets or residential properties. The intensity at adjoining streets or residential properties shall not exceed 0.5 foot candles. No lighting fixture pole shall exceed a height of 15 feet in an R-1 or R-2 Residence District or 30 feet in a B-1 or B-2 Local Business District.
