From the ordinance
All principle and accessory buildings: Two and one-half stories but not to exceed 35 feet. Front yard setbacks: 100 ft on existing public roads, 40 ft on new subdivision roads. Side yard: 25 ft existing, 15 ft new, accessory 5 ft. Rear: 40 ft principal, 5 ft accessory. Accessory structures max 4% of lot area not to exceed 2,000 sq ft.
