General provisions

Section 12-805(vi), Section 12-8076 standards

The total sign area for all signs on premises shall not exceed one (1) square foot of sign area for each linear foot of public right-of-way frontage.

Section 15-1061 standards

Section 15-1101 standards

A change in the use of a lot or in the structures on a lot, which would result in off-street parking requirements under this zoning ordinance which cannot be met for the site, is prohibited, unless cooperative parking or alternative parking arrangements allowed under this ordinance can be provided or a special exception is granted.
