Signage

  • Landscape plan required

    Each conditional use permit application for a billboard sign shall include a proposed landscape plan for the sign.

  • Structural base requirement

    Such sign shall be erected on a monopole structural base

  • Zoning districts where billboards are allowed

    The property on which the sign is located must be zoned B-2 general business district, B-3 highway service district, M-1 light industrial district, or M-2 general industrial district.
