Parking

  • Parking determination for certain uses

    Director of development and permits shall determine parking requirement based on employment, visitors, driving patterns, loading needs, and traffic data.

  • Definition of one space per

    As used herein, the phrase "one space per" shall mean that at least one parking space is required for all uses, with additional spaces required at the thresholds listed above.

One (1) space per five (5) seats in the largest assembly area, as determined under accepted national architectural standards. In addition, an overflow parking area shall be provided for newly-constructed church facilities.
