Off-street parking and loading shall be provided for all uses in accordance with the requirements of article XIII of this chapter. Any part of the lot or project area not used for buildings or other structures, parking, loading, and access ways, shall be maintained in a neat and orderly condition landscaped with grass, trees, shrubs, or pedestrian walks or maintained as crops or natural forest, or as a lake or pond and in accordance with the requirements of article XI of this chapter.
Off-street parking and loading shall be provided for all uses in accordance with the requirements of article XIII of this chapter.
Any part of the lot or project area not used for buildings or other structures, parking, loading, and access ways, shall be maintained in a neat and orderly condition landscaped with grass, trees, shrubs, or pedestrian walks or maintained as crops or natural forest, or as a lake or pond and in accordance with the requirements of article XI of this chapter.
Provision shall be made for proper stormwater drainage from parking and loading areas. Water shall not be permitted to drain from such areas onto adjacent property except into a natural watercourse or a drainage easement. Provision shall be made for protection against erosion and sedimentation in accord with applicable county ordinances.
