From the ordinance
One accessory building or structure may be constructed in a front yard on a lot that is five acres or more provided that the requirements for front yard setbacks in Article VI are met and the size of the accessory building or structure does not exceed 50 percent of the first floor area of the main dwelling, and not located directly in front of the primary dwelling, and in conformity with all other applicable provisions of this ordinance.
