Any part of the lot or project area not used for buildings or other structures, parking, loading, and access ways, shall be maintained in a neat and orderly condition landscaped with grass, trees, shrubs, or pedestrian walks or maintained as crops or natural forest, or as a lake or pond and in accordance with the requirements of article XI of this chapter.
