None of the following shall be required by this Chapter to connect to public water and/or public wastewater, unless County Code Sec. 18-60, a previously approved zoning condition, or proffer requires such connection.

Provisions are considered the minimum required to promote public health, safety, convenience, morals, and general welfare. Unless otherwise specified, the standards of this Chapter are the minimum required.
Accessory Building/Use means a structure or use that is customarily incidental, and subordinate in scale, to the principal use of a lot, building, or structure located on the same lot as the accessory structure. Examples of accessory structures/uses include sheds, carports, garages, parking areas, mailboxes, and signs.
Building Height means the vertical distance of the average grade to either the: Highest point of the coping of a flat roof; or Deck line of a mansard roof; or Highest point of the highest gable of a pitch or hip roof. The measurement does not include any roof mounted solar or mechanical equipment.
Building Coverage means the area of lot occupied by any principal and accessory buildings.
Building Setback Line, Front means the line within a lot that defines the front building envelope limits. This line is the greater of the following distances: Minimum front yard building setback of the district; or Setback as designated on a recorded plat; or Location where the lot achieves the minimum lot width requirement.
Steep Slope means land area which rises or falls at a rate of 20 feet or more per 100 feet as measured in the horizontal plane.
