Until January 1, 2031, any use permitted by right or with restrictions in the former C-5, I-1, I-2, and I-3 districts designated in Chapter 19.1 is permitted by right or with restrictions, even if that use is not a permitted use in the corresponding district established in Chapter 19.2.
