Chapter 20.450 - Renewable Energy16 standards

Non-solar renewable energy systems shall be permitted in all Zones, subject to a DP; ground-mounted systems in the I and I-2 Zones shall be subject to a CUP. Maximum height shall not exceed 15 feet. Setbacks: 2 ft from rear/interior property line, 10 ft from street frontage.
