Live/work units, as defined in Article X, are permitted as set forth in Article V, Base Zones and Related Use and Development Provisions subject to the requirements contained in this chapter.

The floor area allocated for retail sales shall not exceed more than 15 percent of the total building(s) gross floor area. Off-street parking requirements for commercial uses shall be applied to the portion of the facility dedicated for on-site retail sales.

The retail sales area shall not exceed 25% of the total floor area of the building or 10,000 square feet, whichever is less.

Schools, institutions, or other similar uses and appurtenant off-street parking located in any residential zone, Office (O) or Public Facilities Zone shall be set back at least 20 feet from every property line and shall not be located within any front yard required in such zone.
