Chapter 19.3807 standards

Exterior signage shall be limited to one unlighted identification sign and one hours-of-operation sign, each not-to-exceed six square feet. Indoor collection centers shall not be located within 150 feet of a residential zone or use, as measured from property line to property line.

Chapter 19.385.D2 standards

Chapter 19.385.E5 standards

Unattended donation collection bins shall be located on a parcel of two and one-half acres in area or larger. The unattended donation collection bin shall be located at least 150 feet from any street or residentially zoned or occupied property. The unattended donation collection bin shall be no more than 84 inches high, 72 inches wide and 60 inches deep.

Chapter 19.3901 standards

The floor area allocated for retail sales shall not exceed more than 15 percent of the total building(s) gross floor area. Off-street parking requirements for commercial uses shall be applied to the portion of the facility dedicated for on-site retail sales.

Chapter 19.3905 standards

The retail sales area shall not exceed 25% of the total floor area of the building or 10,000 square feet, whichever is less.

Chapter 19.395

Schools, institutions, or other similar uses and appurtenant off-street parking located in any residential zone, Office (O) or Public Facilities Zone shall be set back at least 20 feet from every property line and shall not be located within any front yard required in such zone.
