Lighting

  • Adequate lighting

    The facility shall provide adequate lighting in all areas of the facility during all hours of operation.

  • Abandonment after 180 days180 days

    If a parolee/probationer home ceases operation for a period of 180 consecutive days, the permit shall be deemed abandoned.

  • Additional application requirements

    Application shall include site plan, floor plan, operation statement, contract with CDCR or County, and other info.

  • Comply with building/fire/health codes

    The facility shall comply with all applicable state and local building, fire, and health codes.

  • Notice to property owners within 1000 feet1,000 ft

    The applicant shall provide notice of the proposed parolee/probationer home to all property owners and residents within 1,000 feet of the subject property.

  • Proximity requirements

    Shall be within ascribed distances of certain specified land uses or zones (table not provided).

  • Security cameras

    The facility shall install and maintain security cameras covering all areas of the facility.

  • Security plan

    The facility shall provide a security plan to the Riverside Police Department and Planning Division for review and approval prior to the issuance of a certificate of occupancy.

Parking
