A residential development project that complies with the eligibility requirements of Section 19.545.040 shall be granted a density bonus as follows: ... up to a maximum of 50 percent ... 80 percent density bonus for 100% affordable ... parking ratios: zero to one bedroom: one parking space per unit; two to three bedrooms: one and one-half parking spaces per unit; four or more bedrooms: two and one-half parking spaces per unit.
