General provisions

MSMC 18.409 standards

A home-based business may be permitted by the City in all resource and residential zones... No signs visible from off site (property) shall be permitted.

Section 18.16.0801 standards

Auto sales and service shall be allowable as a conditional use in all districts, save and except residential districts subject to the granting of a use permit.

Section 18.16.1002 standards

Any short-term rental, whether allowed or prohibited, shall be subjected to the transient occupancy tax and require a City business license.
