Landscapes shall be maintained to ensure water efficiency. A regular maintenance schedule shall be submitted with the certificate of completion.
All landscape audits shall be conducted by a certified landscape irrigation auditor. Landscape audits shall not be conducted by the person who designed the landscape or installed the landscape.
Enlargement of an accessory dwelling unit as set forth in Article 45, Accessory Dwelling Units, of this chapter.
The purpose of special use permits is to permit and control uses which have the potential to be socially, economically, or environmentally incompatible with the surrounding area.
A zoning clearance certificate is required whenever a building permit for a certain use, as specified in this chapter, is required and must be secured prior to the issuance of the building permit.
