The purpose of the Secondary Suburban Zone (S-3) is to provide for dwelling units at the ratio of three (3) to ten (10) acres per dwelling unit... Minimum gross lot area 3 acres, minimum width 150 feet, maximum building coverage 50%, front yard 20 feet, side and rear yards 5 feet per story, maximum height 35 feet.
