- Design review criteria
Consideration of the design application shall include: conformance with specified intent or criteria of applicable districts or use; general harmony with visual character of neighborhood and community; standards and provisions of general plan or applicable area plan; conformance with applicable specific plan.
- Design review required
In any district with which is combined a D district, review and approval of an application for design approval shall be secured for the construction of any building, structure or other significant external improvement as provided for in Chapter 18.118 of this title entitled design review.
