Other
- Design review required
All development shall be subject to design review according to the provisions of this title.
- No airport hazard
No use shall be permitted in any district which would interfere with the landing or taking off of aircraft at any airport or otherwise constitute an airport hazard, whether or not such would otherwise be permitted under the provisions of this title.
- No interfering emissions
No operation shall emit electrical, electronic, or radio emissions which will interfere, obstruct or adversely affect the operation of air navigation aids and radio communications or which in any manner violate the applicable provisions of the Federal Air Regulations of the Federal Aviation Administration.
