From the ordinance
In any case where a parcel of land has been designated as a Chesapeake Bay preservation area as defined in the City of Petersburg Code of Ordinances section 122-31 of chapter 12, Waterways, as either a resource protection area or a resource management area, then the City of Petersburg Code of Ordinances chapter 122, article II, Chesapeake Bay preservation areas will apply, in addition to the requirements of this section.
