Within the MXD-1 Mixed Use District, the permitted uses are as follows... For commercial and shopkeeper uses, height limitation of 2.5 stories not greater than 35 feet; maximum bulk not greater than 75% of lot. No front yards required. Screening: continuous evergreen or opaque fence not less than 6 feet where abutting residential property.
