Notwithstanding any other provisions of the Petersburg Zoning Ordinance, a building or premises may be used for an adult bookstore, and adult entertainment establishment, and adult motion picture theater, or an adult video store, as restricted and limited by this section, only in the 'B-2' General Commercial District with the issuance of a Special Use Permit and in no other zoning district established by the Petersburg Zoning Ordinance. Multiple dwellings as authorized in and controlled by the 'R-5' Multiple Dwelling District with the issuance of a Special Use Permit.
