- Architectural theme required
Prior to the approval of any site plan or special use permit for a project or building permit for a new dwelling, the applicant shall submit for approval documents that define the overall architectural theme of the project.

No portion of a building constructed of cinder block that is not completely covered with a facade that meets the standards of this section shall be visible from any adjoining residential, commercial, mixed-use, or planned unit development district or any public right-of-way.
