Signage
- Ground area around freestanding sign
The ground area around any freestanding sign shall be kept free and clean of weeds, trash and other debris.
- Time to comply with maintenance order10 days
Such order shall be complied with within ten days of receipt thereof.
- Sign maintenance
All signs shall be maintained in good structural condition, free of holes, rotting, peeling paint or other decay. Illuminated signs maintained in working order.
From the ordinance
All signs, including those exempt from the permit requirements of this article, together with all of their supports, braces, connections, anchors, and electrical equipment shall be maintained in good structural condition at all times.
