The use is permitted in A, M-1, and M-2 Zoning Districts, pursuant to an approved special use permit and must conform to any current or future laws and regulations regarding electrical energy harvesting, storage, and distribution. If the proposed location is within a historic district, the use is subject to review by the architectural review board.
