Any area to be classified as agricultural shall contain a minimum contiguous acreage of eight (8) acres.
The minimum side yard shall be 10 percent of lot width, and the total width of the two required side yards shall be more than 30 feet, with one side yard not required to exceed 10 feet if the other is more than 10 feet.
- Subdivision restriction
No subdivision development that creates more than one new lot/parcel shall be permitted in areas zoned agricultural. Any area sought to be subdivided must first be rezoned to a residential classification.
