SHOPPING CENTER: A group of stores, four or more in number, planned and designed as an integrated unit with off-street parking provided on the property as an integral part of the unit. 'Shopping center' shall also mean a single store or a group of stores less than four in number where the total gross floor area of the store or stores exceeds 25,000 square feet.
