HOME OCCUPATION: An occupation carried on by the occupant of a dwelling as a secondary use in connection with which there is no display and which use does not change the character of the dwelling or have any exterior evidence of such secondary use other than a small name plate, as referred to herein. No commercial vehicle shall be used in connection with the dwelling.
