• Loading drainage

  Off-street loading facilities shall be drained so as to dispose of all surface water accumulated in the loading area in such a way as to preclude drainage of water onto adjacent property, public streets, or toward buildings.

• Loading expansion threshold25 pct

  When any existing structure or use is expanded to the extent of increasing the floor area by twenty-five (25) percent or more, accessory off-street loading spaces shall be provided

• Loading lighting

  Any lights used to illuminate off-street loading areas shall be so arranged and hooded as to confine all direct light rays entirely within the boundary lines of the loading area.
