Minimum of one acre. Minimum size of each individual lot within the manufactured home park shall be 4,500 square feet. Manufactured home parks shall have minimum frontage of 50 feet on a public street. The maximum number of manufactured home units in a manufactured home park shall be eight units per acre. Maximum of 50 manufactured homes per manufactured home park. A minimum of 500 square feet of recreation area shall be required per manufactured home lot.
