Except where animals are confined in soundproofed buildings, no portion of the use, excluding required screening and landscape buffers, shall be located within: (1) One hundred feet from the property lines of adjoining residential zoned or planned development property; and (2) Two hundred feet from any dwelling not on the associated parcel.
