- Landscape plan required
A landscaping plan shall be required for all new construction, developments, or redevelopments in all zoning districts requiring an approved site plan, conditional use permit, or zoning permit.

No replacement tree shall have a caliper of less than three inches, measured six inches from the ground, at the time of planting.
