- Loading area screening near residential
Whenever an off-street loading area is located in or adjacent to a residential district, it shall be effectively screened in accordance with division 2 of this article.

From the ordinance
For the purpose of the regulations of this division, a loading space is a space within the main building or on the same lot providing for the standing, loading, or unloading of trucks, and having a minimum width of ten feet, a minimum length of 25 feet, and a vertical clearance of at least 15 feet.
