From the ordinance

An automobile service station shall have a minimum frontage on any road of 120 feet and a minimum area of 12,000 square feet. The main buildings excluding canopies, awnings, etc., shall have a minimum setback of 40 feet from the right-of-way line of any street with a right-of-way of 50 feet or wider, or 65 feet from the centerline of any street with a right-of-way of less than 50 feet.
