Sec. 3.4(5)

In the IG district, commercial child care is only allowed as an accessory use to another use allowed in the district.

Sec. 3.4(5)(a)3 standards

Maximum enrollment of 150 students daily. In addition to the minimum lot size requirements of the zoning district, the minimum lot area for commercial child care shall be of such size to provide 75 square feet of usable outdoor recreation for each child

Sec. 3.4(50)1 standards

The maximum height of a wind energy system shall be 50 feet. Wind energy systems shall be set back from all property lines a distance equal to the height of the system.

Sec. 3.4(51)2 standards

The keeping of farm animals, such as horses, cattle, sheep, goats, or poultry, shall be permitted only on lots of at least two acres. Animal shelters or enclosures shall be located at least 50 feet from any property line.

Sec. 3.4(56)1 standards

A community garden shall be permitted as an accessory use to a principal use, subject to the following standards. The community garden shall be located on the same lot as the principal use.

Sec. 3.4(57)1 standards

The farmers market shall be limited to the sale of agricultural products, such as fruits, vegetables, flowers, and other similar items. The farmers market shall not include the sale of manufactured goods or other items not directly related to agriculture.
