Sec. 3.4(37)1 standards

All such uses shall be located so as to have direct access to an existing or programmed public street of sufficient right-of-way and cross-section width to accommodate pedestrian and vehicular traffic to and from the use.

Outdoor storage shall be screened from view from the public right-of-way and adjacent properties by a solid fence or wall at least six feet in height, or by a landscaped buffer at least 10 feet in width.

Sec. 3.4(49)2 standards

Solar energy systems shall be permitted as accessory uses to principal uses in all zoning districts. Roof-mounted solar energy systems shall not extend more than five feet above the roof surface.
