- Deck encroachment
A deck may encroach upon side and rear yards within ten feet of property lines, provided encroachment is not more than 36 inches above grade.
Church spires, belfries, cupolas, municipal water towers, chimneys, flues, flagpoles, television antennas and radio aerials are exempt; parapet walls may be up to four feet above building height.
