This term shall include living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms, and finished attics, basements, or additional finished storage areas, but excludes unfinished basements, mechanical rooms, screened porches or decks, and unconditioned storage areas.

Small artisan shop in the PH-1, PH-2, PH-3, C-2 and C-3 districts is required to have a retail sales component as part of any such use. Additionally in the PH-1, PH-2, and PH-3 districts, total area of such use shall not exceed five thousand (5,000) square feet.

Storage of materials, indoor or outdoor, including equipment rental and contractor's storage in the LBP, M-1, M-2, M-3, LFA-1, LFA-2, HRC-2, and HRC-3 districts. (a) Setback Requirements: Storage areas shall be set back a minimum of twenty (20) feet from any existing or proposed public rights-of-way, and twenty (20) feet from any property line that abuts a residential, commercial, or special public interest district.
