Section 72-34.3 C(1)(a)[5]5 standards

Buildings and structures within this zone shall have the lowest floor elevated to or above the base flood elevation plus 1.5 feet of freeboard, and must comply with the provisions in Subsection C(1)(a)[2] and Subsection D(2) and (3).

All new construction and substantial improvements in Zones V and VE, including manufactured homes, shall be elevated on pilings or columns so that the bottom of the lowest horizontal structural member of the lowest floor is elevated to or above the base flood level plus 1.5 feet...

The Zoning Administrator may issue a zoning permit for one temporary family health care structure per parcel upon receipt of proof of compliance with the requirements of Code of Virginia § 15.2-2292.1.

Section 72-43.3A3 standards

A zoning permit may be issued for a period beginning no earlier than 30 days prior to the issuance of building/grading permits and terminating no later than 20 days after issuance of a certificate of occupancy.

A zoning permit may be issued for a period not to exceed a total of 120 days per calendar year.

Section 72-43.3C13 standards

Portable storage containers may be allowed in any residential district for a period not to exceed 90 days in any twelve-month period.
