- Annual compliance evidence
The applicant for a temporary family health care structure shall provide to the Zoning Administrator evidence of compliance with Code of Virginia § 15.2-2292.1 on an annual basis as long as the temporary family health care structure remains on the property.

The Zoning Administrator may issue a zoning permit for one temporary family health care structure per parcel upon receipt of proof of compliance with the requirements of Code of Virginia § 15.2-2292.1 which are incorporated herein by reference.
