Article 12 - Sign Regulations21 standards

The following sign regulations are established to assure compatibility of signs with surrounding land usage, to enhance the economy of the County, to protect the public investment in streets and highways, to promote the safety and recreational value of public travel, to preserve natural beauty and to protect tax revenues by promoting the reasonable, orderly, and effective display of Outdoor Advertising.

Article 13 - Nonconforming Uses5 standards

If any nonconforming use (structure or activity) is discontinued for a period exceeding two years after the enactment of this ordinance, it shall be deemed abandoned and any subsequent use shall conform to the requirements of this ordinance.

Article 15 B5 standards

An RV (Recreational Vehicle) used solely for temporary emergency housing may be placed and used in zoning districts where single-family dwellings are permitted upon issuance of a temporary zoning permit...

Article 162 standards

All developers may be required by the Planning Commission or Board of Supervisors to finance and assist in the preparation of an impact study of the proposed development upon the County.
