909 rules that bind every district rather than one — sign regulations, parking, floodplain and the rest of the code’s citywide chapters.
PD-RDP and PD-SA Zoning Districts. Use is permitted with greater than 50,000 square feet of total gross floor area.

TRC and UE Zoning Districts: Permitted with less than 50,000 square feet of total gross floor area. Special Exception review and approval required with 50,000 square feet or greater.
No on-campus student, faculty, and/or employee housing facilities are permitted.

PD-MUB Zoning District: Uses with 50,000 square feet or less of gross floor area are permitted. Uses with more than 50,000 square feet require Special Exception.

Within Cluster Subdivisions in the AR Zoning Districts, Civic, Social, and Fraternal Meeting Place uses are prohibited.
