General industrial district: min lot area 20,000 sq ft, max height 75 ft, front setback 100 ft for industrial, side/rear 20 ft, max lot coverage 60%, min open space 25%.
General industrial conservation district: min lot area 20,000 sq ft, max height 75 ft, front setback 100 ft for industrial, side/rear 20 ft.
Minimum lot area: Single-family detached home: Eight thousand (8,000) square feet. Maximum building height: Thirty-five (35) feet or three (3) stories, whichever is lesser. Maximum density: Conventional single-family subdivision: Three and one-half (3.5) dwelling units per acre. Front yard: Twenty-five (25) feet. Side yard: Eight (8) feet. Rear yard: Twenty (20) feet. Maximum lot coverage: Forty percent (40%).
Planned development residential: min lot area 8,000 sq ft, max height 35 ft, max density 3.5 du/ac, setbacks 25 ft front, 8 ft side, 20 ft rear, max coverage 40%.
