Sec. 1-1020.G(6)(A)1 standards

Sec. 1-1020.K(3)1 standards

For undeveloped lots zoned for commercial, industrial and other nonresidential uses located in the Highway Corridor Overlay District, the board of supervisors upon recommendation from the planning commission may grant exemptions, whether partial or total, from Highway Corridor Overlay provisions in accordance with subsection 6-1005.D.

Sec. 1-1021.B.2.a1 standards

Before an application for a conditional use may be heard by the planning commission, a complete and accurate list of the names and addresses of the owners of all the lands adjoining and within a radius of two hundred (200) feet of the property affected by such application shall be prepared by the zoning administrator.

Sec. 1-1021.C.2.b3 standards

One (1) sign shall be erected so as to be visible and legible to each abutting public street. Where the property has extensive road frontage, one (1) sign shall be erected for each five hundred (500) feet of frontage.

Development in all zoning districts shall comply with all of the following requirements and provide the number of off-street vehicle parking spaces required in section 10-1010

Sec. 10-10033 standards

parking spaces in gravel or similarly surfaced parking lots shall be ten (10) feet wide by twenty (20) feet long. ... parallel parking ... not less than twenty-two (22) feet in length.

Sec. 10-10044 standards

driveways shall be not less than ten (10) feet or exceed fifteen (15) feet in width for one-way traffic and less than eighteen (18) feet or exceed thirty (30) feet in width for two-way traffic

Sec. 10-10063 standards

Parking areas that include lanes for drive-in windows or contain parking areas that are required to have more than twenty (20) parking spaces ... shall be graded and surfaced with asphalt ... driveway ... paved ... fifteen (15) feet

Sec. 10-10081 standards

Such spaces shall be within five hundred (500) feet of uses served measured by normal pedestrian routes.

Sec. 10-10114 standards

Each loading area intended for a semi-tractor trailer shall have a minimum dimension of twelve (12) feet by fifty-five (55) feet and overhead clearance of fourteen (14) feet ... No area allocated to loading and unloading facilities shall be located closer than fifty (50) feet to any lot in a residential district

Sec. 10-10115 standards

Each loading area intended for a semi-tractor trailer shall have a minimum dimension of twelve (12) feet by fifty-five (55) feet and overhead clearance of fourteen (14) feet from the driveway or street grade.

Sec. 10-10123 standards

Each parking space for the physically handicapped shall be at least eighteen and one-half (18.5) feet in length and sixteen (16) feet in width ... signs, generally located four (4) feet above grade.

Sec. 10-10124 standards

Each parking space for the physically handicapped shall be at least eighteen and one-half (18.5) feet in length and sixteen (16) feet in width which includes a loading and unloading area eight (8) feet in width for single spaces and four (4) feet in width for contiguous spaces.

Sec. 10-10139 standards

Each stacking space shall be a minimum of ten (10) feet by twenty (20) feet. ... Six (6) stacking spaces for the first drive-through window ...

Sec. 10-101310 standards
