The minimum lot area for permitted uses shall be three (3) acres; buildings may be erected up to 35 feet; all buildings shall not cover more than 25% of the lot.

Article 6.1A, Sec. 6.1A-1 through 6.1A-104 standards

Minimum lot area shall be one (1) acre. Lot coverage shall be sixty percent (60%) maximum; twenty percent (20%) green space. Lot width shall be eighty (80) feet at the setback line. Setback shall be forty (40) feet from the right-of-way; thirty (30) feet on the side facing a street. Side yards shall be ten (10) feet, each side; fifteen (15) feet adjacent to an A, R, or RA District. Rear yards shall be fifteen (15) feet. Building height shall be thirty (30) feet maximum [two (2) stories].

The Village Center District provides for neighborhood commercial areas... Minimum lot area one acre, lot coverage 60% max, lot width 50 ft, setback 35 ft from right-of-way, side yards 0 ft (15 ft adjacent to A, R, or RA), rear yard 10% of lot depth but not less than 12 ft, building height 40 ft max (3 stories).
