Entrance corridor overlay district (EC) created to conserve scenic beauty and preserve corridors along designated streets. Area and bulk regulations as underlying district, with additional design review and preservation requirements.
Uses approved under the provisions of this Article shall be considered special uses within agricultural zoning districts.
All outdoor lighting fixtures shall be a maximum forty-five (45) feet in height, as measured from the finished grade to the bottom of the light source or bulb, or less if limited further by the maximum height permitted in the underlying zoning district.

Buildings may be erected up to forty-five (45) feet in height... minimum lot area three (3) acres... maximum coverage 25%... street setback 60 ft from secondary roads... side yard 25 ft, rear yard 40 ft, lot width 200 ft.
