General provisions

Sec 21-2001 standards

Shared parking shall be allowable in all commercial and industrial zoned areas and subject to the following standards:

Sec 21-201.11 standards

Parking areas shall be provided with adequate lighting during the nondaylight hours when they are in use. All lighting within and adjacent to parking areas shall comply with the applicable provisions of ATC section 21-266.

Sec 21-206.12 standards

Commercial retail centers greater than ten thousand (10,000) square feet and multi-family developments shall provide bicycle parking at the rate of one (1) bicycle parking space for every thirty (30) off-street parking spaces. Sec 21-208(a)2 standards
